Located on the Morphy road, 5 minutes from the Pointe Noire village, the fish market and Petite-Anse beach, the Kaz Morphy is a lower ground floor villa that can accommodate up to 3 people. It can be rented independently or in addition to the villa upstairs for a total capacity of 11 people. The apartment is quiet and secluded.

It consists of an independent sleeping area (separated from the living room by a curtain, no door) air-conditioned with a 160 x 200 bed, an independent bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and an independent terrace with tables and chairs.

The kitchen/living room offers a dining table area, a convertible sofa bed (1 place), television, WIFI and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay: oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer... A washing machine and drying area are also available.

Finally, you will have free access to the residence's swimming pool (just above the villa) and its large relaxation area with a superb sea view for sunsets.
